Lilli is a bistro in Franklin, NC serving classic and contemporary French cuisine in a comfortable and casual environment. The Chef is Jeffrey Forrest who has a combined experience of 25 years and has worked at some of the finest restaurants in the U.S. including Zoe, Aureole, Gotham, 9 Jones Street, Nosmo King, and at the original Le Cirque in New York under Daniel Boulud and Sylvain Portay. He is also the previous owner and chef of Crush in Jacksonville, FL which was voted “Best Restaurant Period” by Jacksonville Magazine’s readers’ poll. The menu changes often (sometimes daily) due to the availability of products that are local, seasonal, fresh and of the highest quality. “We are proud to support our local farmers and bakers and also import specialized ingredients that are unavailable in western NC. We are currently serving fruits and vegetables from Great Smokey Mountain Fish Camp, Deal Farms, Osage Farms & Artisan bread from Riverblaze Baking Co.” –Chef Jeffrey Forrest.
